"Silva & Silva is a father/daughter legal team located in the heart of downtown Redlands. Meagan Silva is the future of our firm. You can expect that Meagan will be practicing law for the next 50 years. Why is this important? Because, in 50 years you might not be here but Meagan will continue to be available to help the beneficiaries and heirs of her clients."....Click on the links below for more info.

Who do you want as your Attorney? The Master or the student? Patrick Silva has 19 years of DUI experience, he has been published in DUI reference books, he has spoken in front of 100's of attorneys at conferences, taught classes to Lawyers on his secrets and strategies, and has a nationally listened to podcast dedicated to teaching other DUI Lawyers. Attorney Patrick J. Silva has focused his law practice defending those who have been accused of driving under the influence. We represent good folks both in the criminal court system and in the DMV proceedings. Mr. Silva is certified in Standardize Field Sobriety Tests (SFST). He has completed 24 hours of intense training under the guidelines set forth by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). It is "only" with this specialized training that allows an attorney to effectively cross examine a police officer on the stand about how he "screwed" up when he was giving you the test.

Great Lawyers, Helping Great People

A lot of people don't like talking about death because it is sad or unpleasant, but you have to think about it before it is too late. I like to help people who have spent their lives working hard for their assets, making sure they go to the right place.  You can accomplish  3 main goals with proper estate planning.  First, you have complete privacy over your affairs. Second, you will have speed of transfer after you have passed away. Thirdly, you will avoid the probate process.  You have to decide "who" do you trust to carry out your wishes in the event of your death or illness?  Choosing the right person is essential to peace of mind.

Should a lawyer be brutally honest?

We believe the best way to serve our injured clients is to be brutally honest with them about all aspects of your case.

What you won't find here is a fancy website talking about all of our great successes. We think that is disingenuous.  Ever case is different, the facts are different, the insurance company on the other side are always different, the defense lawyers on the other side are always different, so how could a law firm compare those cases to yours? We don't think that they can.
We are not one of those law firms that sign up every case and has 100's if not 1000's on their plate.  If we can be of value then we will take on your case and be your legal advocate.

The Human Story

A case is not about the law but more about the human story.  I want to know about you.  From the time you were born to time of the injury. I need to be able to tell a story about YOU.  How has this injury changed your life?  What did the injury take away from you and your family?  What did the injury leave you with in your life.

If you don't mind I would like to come to your home and speak with you, your family, and your friends in order to discovery the "human story".

Why would a lawyer want to come to your home? We need to sit down with you and talk about your life. I want to see the family photos, get to understand the family dynamics, and understand how this injury has really affected you.
